Where do I even begin with this bread?
Is it breakfast? Is it dessert? Doesn’t matter. The important thing here is that it tastes as good as it looks. Making it is quite a process, so set aside a couple hours. Really. You’re making bread here.
I didn’t document the whole process, but after rolling out the dough, spreading butter, cinnamon, and sugar on everything, you make the dough into cute little stacks:
Then arrange in a bread loaf pan:
And bake! See how golden brown it gets?
